Q. Do you accept insurance ？
A. If you have a dental insurance PPO or DPO plan A. Yes, if you have a PPO or DPO plan.
If you are unsure which plan you have, please contact our office. We will be happy to check your insurance coverage free of charge.

Q. I have small children, can I bring them with me ？
A. Yes ！ You are welcome to bring your small children.
We have a children's room. Our staff will assist you during your treatment.

Q. I am concerned about the high cost of treatment.
A. It depends on the patient's insurance policy and treatment details, but some treatments may be less expensive than in Japan.
For example, cleanings and check-ups are often covered in full by insurance twice a year with no co-payment by the patient. Before treatment, we will discuss the treatment plan and treatment costs with you. We try to tailor the treatment to the patient's wishes, so
please do not hesitate to ask questions.

Q. Can you fill out the forms to submit to my company ？
A. Yes. Please let us know if you have any application forms to submit to your company or National Health Insurance.
If there is a designated form, we will fill it out as instructed on the designated form.
If there is no specific form, we will make a statement of treatment and give it to you. There is no charge in this case.
