The Ginza Onodera restaurant brand, with the concept of "From Ginza to the World," aims to introduce traditional Japanese cuisine such as sushi ・ tempura ・ teppan-yaki ・ wood-fired grill ・ and noodles to the world. Since its establishment in 2013, the company has expanded to 25 restaurants in 3 countries, some of which have received stars from the Michelin Guide. Administration ・ Operations ・ Coordinator （ Administration and Operations Coordinator ） is a position that provides support for finance, administration, and overall program operations.

We are seeking a bilingual administrative assistant （ general office staff ・ secretary ） to work at our headquarters in the North Dallas area.

Due to business expansion, we are seeking a bilingual Japanese-English candidate with practical experience in accounting ・, general affairs ・, and human resources in the U.S. for a part-time position.

Horizon Global Management Co., Ltd. & Integration （ HGMI ） operates from four locations in Japan and the U.S.—New York and Dallas in North America, as well as Tokyo ・ and Myoko City, Niigata—to specializing in supporting Japanese companies’ expansion into the U.S., as well as management support services including M&A, PMI （ (Post-Merger Integration) ）, HR ・, accounting ・, and tax services. [Services]

・ Accounting services for U.S. subsidiaries of Japanese companies （ Monthly financial closings, bookkeeping, etc. ）
・ General Administration ・ Human Resources and Labor Affairs （ Visa support, employment management, and internal policies ）
・ Client relations and general administrative duties

[Requirements]

・ Practical experience in accounting, general affairs, or human resources （ At least 3 years of experience ）
・ Japanese ・ Ability to communicate in English for business purposes （ Bilingual in Japanese and English ）
・ Must be based in the U.S. or Japan and able to work flexibly （ Primarily remote work ）
・ We are open to discussing schedules starting from 2 to 3 days per week (negotiable)
