【Summary】 An entry level position responsible for providing service request support by following existing pre-determined procedure on both servers and network devices for system users.
【Essential Duties】 1.Service Request (SR) Work Perform the service request by due date based on the existing procedure, to make changes on servers and/or network devices, during nighttime in Japan. Reporting any issue that occurs during SR work timely to SR supervisor. Complete all necessary work preparation by the day before the due date during normal working hours.
2.Improve procedures for SR Generate issues from SR work and change suggestions as feedback, report to SR supervisor or send to Japan users as instructed. Regularly make suggestions to improve the existing procedures based on an issue/error that you may detect during the SR work. Generate analysis report of performed SR work as needed for the purpose of preventing duplication of same issues and to improve the SR work quality.
3.Kaizen tasks Perform any other Kaizen tasks as needed, to enhance the work quality on both work environment and work flow, not limited to but including documentation maintenance, equipment setup, etc.
