トヨタ移転先のplano周辺で日本食店、すし及びラーメン店の開業したいと考えてます。
現在、カリフォルニアで従業員として働いてます。
夢はもちろん複数店舗を目指してます。
コンセプトは日本のテクノロジーを利用したサーバーなしの戦略です。
例えば日本のラーメン店で拝見する食券導入、チップ不要のセルフ制度です。
自分は以前にコンピューターのプログラマーを手掛けており、最近アメリカのチェーン店のAPPLEBEEが導入し始めたタッチモニターでオーダー出来るシステムも以前から考えてました。（すでに試作品は完成してます）
どなたか興味のある方、ご一報ください。
豊富ではありませんが開業資金も準備してます。

自分はアメリカのレストランで働きながらもチップ制度に少し不満を抱いておりました。
特に最近はラーメンブームでよく他店で食す際、たかがラーメンを注文し、運んでもらうだけでチップを払う習慣には嫌気を感じてました。
そこで日本の食券や回転すしで導入してるタッチ式モニターシステムはこれからの時代、絶対に普及すると考えてます。
以前までここアメリカでは自動販売は盗難の懸念などからNGでしたが近年、DVDのレンタル機やWALMARTなどのスーパーでも無人のセルフ機などがよく見られます。
実は今働いてる店の方々とこのようなコンセプトでここカリフォルニアから起業する計画をしております。
