We are hiring a full-time or part-time Sales Assistant （ Administrative Assistant ） at a Japanese company.

We are seeking a sales assistant to work at a Japanese company through the end of December 2026 （ (with the possibility of an extension through March 2027 ）). *We are open to discussing work schedule adjustments to accommodate family circumstances, such as providing rides to and from work ！.

【業務内容】

・日本企業の米国法人向け経理業務（月次決算、記帳など）
・総務・人事労務関連業務（ビザサポート、雇用管理、社内規程など）
・クライアント対応および管理業務全般

【募集要件】

・経理、総務、人事のいずれかの実務経験（3年以上目安）
・日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションが可能（日英バイリンガル）
・米国在住または日本在住で柔軟に働ける方（リモートワーク中心）
・週2〜3日程度から相談可能

・USCPA、簿記資格、HR関連知識をお持ちの方
・日系企業の米国進出支援やM&A、PMIに興味がある方

The Dallas Supplementary School provides Japanese language classes in accordance with the curriculum guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology to Japanese children residing in Japan.
In addition to Japanese language study, students can also learn about Japanese school culture through events such as entrance ceremony, graduation ceremony, and field day.
The school is open every Saturday and has kindergarten （ grades through ） high school.
