はじめまして。アラフォー夫婦、未就学の子供二人の家族構成です。人生の三大資金(老後、家、学費)を貯めるべく、必死で働いています。ファイナンシャルアドバイザー3人(みんな違う会社)の方たちにプランを出してもらい、それに基づいて、投資、貯金、保険など分散して貯めていますが、本当にここまでしないとだめなのでしょうか…。最近、もらったお金が貯蓄に回るのが多いため、疲れてきました。というか、将来の金銭問題が心配で疲れて来ました。専業主婦になりたいけど、やはり将来、お金がないと不安なので、頑張って働いています。
まず、1)老後ですが、公的年金(SS、国民年金、Annuity)以外で$1Mを目標にしています。このペースで行けば、63歳までは$1M貯まりそうです。でも、SS以外に、国民年金、年金保険、ペンション、年金基金などもあります。それでも$1Mは本当に必要なのか。
2)家は、持っていますが、まだローンが$250Kぐらい残っています。ただ、家を持って居てもいなくても住居費は発生する費用なので、逃げられません。
3)学費は二人の子供が大学に上がるまでは、一人$100Kは最低貯めてあげたいです。
計算すると、2)の家のローン以外に、これらに年間$30K以上費やしています。ちなみに世帯収入は$140Kです。私と主人の死亡保険も別に入っていますので、手元に残るのって結構少ないんですよね…。あまり贅沢は出来ませんね。世帯収入もはじめからこれほどもらっては居なかったので、$30K以上貯めれるようになったのは、この数年です。別々の3人のFAが言っているので、そうなのかな~とは思いつつ、働けなくなった老後にこのアメリカで野たれ死ぬのはもっと恐ろしいです。みなさんも、こんなに必死になっているのでしょうか。宜しければご意見をお聞かせください。
