ちょっと寂しいので1つ提案します。
どこか美味しいレストランを知りませんか?
変わったメニューのあるお店も大歓迎です。
ただ食は好みも有りますので、投稿者への批判などはやめて情報交換の場と考えて下さい。
ここTXは開けて来たとは言え、アジアや諸外国の食事はまだ発展途上の様です。
私はこの前知り合った韓国人にスンドーフのお店を聞いたところ、Planoに有るお店を紹介してもらいました。

ここはフードコート内に有り、台湾やフィリピンのお店も出店していました。
感じとしては30年程前にCAの田舎の町にあるアジアンフードコートの様な感じです。
スンドーフは、まあまあイケましたが韓国人が多数いて競争率の激しいCAの店の様な味は出ていないかな?と思います。
ただ韓国系大型スーパーの中にあるフードコートのスンドーフは、何か特有の匂いが気になり、こちらの方が美味しかったと思います。
みなさん、日本食に限らず美味しいお店を見つけたら教えて下さい。

Richardsonにある新規オープンのラーメン屋（名前は控えますが）に行ってきました。
また必ず行きたいですね！
その近くで日本食レストランを発見。
後日行ってみます
